Dear Potential Sponsor:
Now Faith Community Development Center is a non-profit organization serving Eastern Wake County. We are finalizing plans for our 1st annual “Community Cooking Competition: Cooking to better our Community.” This is an outdoor event, which will be held May 1st at the Wal Mart parking lot off Highway 64. The success of this event can only be made possible with support from sponsors; who lend their names and financial support to the event. The funds we raise during this event will benefit the increase of services we provide (tutoring, family support & health awareness) to the Eastern Wake County community. This year’s goal is $10,000 dollars. We will also donate 25% of the proceeds to the Zebulon Boys and Girls Club.
For a donation of $100.00 cash, meats and/or gift card(s), your organization’s sponsorship will provide you with the following:
1. Company name/logo included on flyers, brochures and promotional material.
2. Space during event to setup a booth or table to showcase/present/sale products and services.
3. Local media exposure throughout the event.
4. Acknowledgement on program during award presentation.
As we help to address area needs, we desire for this event to bring the community together. Be secure in knowing that your sponsorship fee will go towards assisting Now Faith Community Development Center and Zebulon Boys and Girls Club, please make this event a huge success. We desire to create such an event that the community anticipates returning the following year.
Now Faith CDC has been in existence for the past 4 years and each year we have increased our efforts and visibility serving our community. This growth has been seen in adopting local schools, senior citizen events and services, back to school rallies, in which local school officials and supplies are made available, tutoring for students who cannot afford specialized support and developing partnerships such as with the Zebulon Boys and Girls Club. We are planning to have local media and local celebrities as judges for the cooking competition. We are estimating attendance to be in the thousands. We're counting on your support and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
